Whether you’re out with family, enjoying a scenic break, or easing into the outdoors, Explorer hikes offer a relaxing way to connect with nature—without the intensity of a full-day trek.

Level 2 – Adventurer

For Those Seeking a Bit More Thrill and Discovery

Ideal for active travelers ready to explore further. These moderate hikes (3–5 hours) strike a balance between effort and reward, leading to jaw-dropping vistas and peaceful backcountry moments. You don’t need to be an athlete—just bring your curiosity, a sense of adventure, and a love for the mountains.

Level 3 – Challenger

For Those Who Crave a True Mountain Challenge

Designed for experienced hikers or those ready to push their limits. These full-day treks (4–6 hours) deliver big climbs, high-alpine terrain, and panoramic views that make the effort more than worthwhile. You'll leave with tired legs, a full camera roll, and stories worth telling.

Moraine Lake Road Fee

As of 2025, Parks Canada has implemented a mandatory access
fee for all vehicles traveling on Moraine Lake Road. To accommodate this
change, a fixed surcharge of $170 CAD will be added to any private day
tours that include trails accessible via Moraine Lake Road.
